Note :

  • My Fine Art Books are hand made and the layouts are custom designed for you. Click here for some examples and to view layouts click here.
  • You will have the opportunity to view the book layouts and to make changes before the book goes for printing.
  • Classic Fine Art Books include 30 spreads (60 pages).
  • Exclusive Fine Art Books include 20 spreads (40 pages). 6 x additional pages could be added.
  • You have the choice to select a plain, printed or leather cover. Leather comes in Brown, Black & Aged leather.
  • I shoot in RAW this makes it possible for me to do the best image processing and I have more control over the end result.
  • I (Hansie Myburgh) and a assistant will cover the event, to make sure we cover all angles and not a single special moment will be lost.
  • I do have back-up equipment.
  • Additional hours coverage could be arranged.
  • Seating must be provided for the photographer and an assistant at the reception.
  • A 50% deposit must be paid upon accepting Hansie Myburgh Photography service to secure the booking date.
  • If no deposit is paid within 7 days of signing the contract the booking date will be cancelled.
  • The photographer retains the copyright to all the images and can use any of the images for promotional purposes except as agreed otherwise.
  • If digital (electronic) images are purchased, they may not be altered in any way without the consent of the photographer. The photographer still retains the copyright to all purchased electronic images.
  • The photographer cannot be held responsible for any circumstance beyond his
    control, including the loss of images.
  • This quotation will only be valid for one month from the date of issue.
